Debra Stewart is the Fiscal Analyst at the Texas Indigent Defense Commission (TIDC). She has been in that role since Sept 2013. Prior to that position she was an auditor for the state working for the Office of Inspector General of the Health and Human Services Commission. Debra has held her CPA license since 1991 and brings a wide variety of accounting experience and knowledge to her position as Fiscal Analyst. In addition to her CPA license Debra holds the designation of Certified Inspector General Auditor (CIGA). Debra earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a Concentration in Accounting from Texas State University.
